Leafs T-Shirt

Disclaimer: I am not being paid or will be receiving anything for posting this - I just want my T-Shirt!

I found this limited edition t-shirt celebrating all the ladies who are leaf fans and I of course had to order it.

They have made a goal to sell 100 shirts. If they don't sell 100, the shirts don't print.

So I am here to shamelessly promote so that I can get my shirt!! haha

Seriously though, I think they are pretty cool shirts and you should definitely get one :)

Weekly Recap

This week was actually a pretty busy week. I had a couple job interviews throughout the week. I am happy to announce I did get one of them (the other one is still unknown). Brandyn and I have been living off of one paycheck for 2 years so it will be nice to bring in another one.

On the weekend I also went out to my first Toronto club called Aria. It was actually pretty cool because each floor had it's own style so if you were sick of a type of music you could just switch floors.

As for this week, we have another feature of my monthly favourites, some more tutorials from the shower and we are moving into our new place!

Exploring Toronto

During my internship, I took a couple days to explore Toronto.
Here are some pictures

Fairmont Royal York

Osgoode Law School

City Hall and Nathan Phillips Square

This fountain turns into a skating rink in the winter

The old city hall circa 1899

Dundas Square

The Eaton Center

Some heritage home that I would love to live in

Queen West

The house my Mom grew up in

I've only touched a very small section of Toronto but I've got tons of time to explore some more to show you.

Toronto lovin

Can I just say I j'adore (I know that is completely incorrect the way I used that) Toronto!
I actually can not wait to do my internship there this April! I get to spend a month just wandering around the city (after work of course) and going into all the shops and having a looksies (cause my internship is sans pay of course)!

Anyway here is a picture I found on the interweb!

Normally, I hate the rain and anything to do with it (mostly because I live in Vancouver and deal with it everyday of my life) but the way that the lights are gleaming off the road makes it pretty!

On another note... I can't ignore that when you are actually driving with lights reflecting off the road, that is extremely annoying....

Now some of you may wonder why on earth I would ever want to move away from Vancouver. Well my friends, different strokes for different people and Vancouver does not stroke my happy bone.
It's like how some people love New York and hate LA and vice versa... PS I love New York and hate LA. Anyway yes, I just thought I would share this lovely picture :)

Enjoy!
